Sapthora is hiring for Sr. Customer Support Executive for US Shift.

Location: Hyderabad preferred / Work from home.

PayScale: 12000-18000 per month

Requirements

· Graduation Degree

· 3-5 years of experience working as a Customer Support Executive or a similar position in the Customer Service department.

· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

· Understanding and working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management software such as HubSpot etc.

· A customer-oriented individual with phenomenal conflict-resolution skills and Good problem-solving abilities.

· Excellent negotiation and sales skills and Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.

· Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills.

· Excellent phone etiquette and active listening abilities.

· A quick learner and exceptional ability to make decisions.

Salary: ₹8,710.00 – ₹29,949.00 per month
