For Sartorius India Pvt. Ltd., we are looking for a Quality Engineer for our growing Quality Department in Bengaluru. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that every product produced meets the desired quality standards. The holder of this position will help to ensure that engineering and manufacturing processes are performed correctly using the right tools, materials and processes in order to meet these quality standards. What you will accomplish together with us:

• Support manufacturing engineer in process validations, process control, process improvement, risk Analysis
• Develop protocols and perform In process ,FAT of products and write reports
• Prepare test reports , Inspection reports and online Documentation for traceability
• Perform studies on new equipment to establish control points and proper settings
• Serve as resource for problem identification, improvement, and resolution
• Prepare reports to evaluate effectiveness of quality systems
• Provide support for manufacturing in regards to quality issues
• Work cooperatively in a team environment to reach common results and goals
• Work with manufacturing to resolve or improve quality issues and to implement effective corrective action
• Develop and maintain quality standards and requirements for development and design projects

What will convince us:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum of 1-2 years of fabrication experience
• Good problem-solving abilities using systemic, logical, and sequential approaches
• Knowledge of and experience with ISO/TS requirements
• Good computer skills with an aptitude in Excel, Word, and other statistical software
• Good team player
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to read, write and speak fluent English
