Job Description:

As an HR Generalist at Sarva Labs, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing our human resources practices. You’ll work closely with our team to create a positive work environment and help support our employees’ professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members.
• HR Policies and Procedures: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws and industry best practices.
• Employee Relations: Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee feedback programs.
• Talent Development: Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
• Performance Appraisals: Administer performance appraisal processes and assist in setting performance goals.
• Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits, including payroll processing, benefits administration, and adherence to statutory requirements.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations and maintain accurate employee records.
• Employee Engagement: Develop and implement engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
• Health and Safety: Promote workplace health and safety practices and ensure a safe working environment.
• Administration: Assist with general administrative tasks and other HR-related duties as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years Relevant Experience in above key responsibilities is a MUST
• MUST have worked in Software Product development startup company.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR roles, with experience in a startup environment being a plus.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
• Preferably female candidate.
