Process and report on office expenses.
Tally Entries of Sales and invoices.
Organize company documents into updated filing systems.
Prepare regular reports accounts and budgets.
Answer queries by clients related to Finance.
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned by management.
Bank Reconciliation.
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures.
Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Manage obligations to suppliers, customers and third-party vendors
Reconcile financial statements
Prepare, send and store invoices on timely.
Contact clients and send reminders to ensure timely payments
Submit tax forms and GST update etc.
Report on the status of accounts payable and receivable on timely basis.
Update internal accounting databases and spreadsheets on time.
Good MS office .
Criteria:
· Education: Any B.Com with good Excel data skills
· Experience: Min 1 to 3 years
. Male candidate with Immediate joiner are preferred
