Sathya Educare Competency Trust Hiring for Eldercare Coordinator at Bangalore Full Time

Looking for candidates with the following qualifications who are passionate and want to make a difference in the field of Eldercare.

• Degree in nursing/medicine from a reputed institution followed by nursing/ healthcare experience of at least 2 years in a hospital or an old age home/home care.
• Demonstrated experience in taking excellent care of elderly either at home or in profession
• Experience with developing nurses or aides and involvement in their professional training and certification preferred
• Evidence of high performance and creating positive impact and outstanding outcomes for previous employer(s)
• Excellent ties and connections with diverse people in rural areas preferred
• Demonstrated passion or dedication to community service, especially in health care to under privileged or elderly
• Demonstrated behaviours of patience, empathy, excellence, flexibility, teamwork, and self-improvement
• Ability to communicate in Kannada, Hindi and English, and aptitude to learn new languages/topics
• Willingness to travel in and around Karnataka
• Ability to network with government officials, placement agencies, eldercare facilities, NGO’s, Nonprofits, research institutions, healthcare facilities, and recruitment agencies.
