Tutor Online Teaching (SAT) – Math

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-time (work from home)

Eligibility/Qualification: The candidate has a graduation degree in their expertise area.

Gender: Female/Male

Work Experience: 6 months – 8 years in teaching in the relevant area.

We have a fabulous team of Math teachers and trainers, who aim and work relentlessly towards ensuring high-quality live sessions for the students. We are looking for aspiring teachers with the right mindset and skills to join us in our vision to change the way students perceive math.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Deliver live sessions online in a comprehensive manner to students and are expected to prepare well in advance the sessions
• Should make the live classes interactive, exciting, engaging and brings a fun learning environment to the classroom
• Should be open to getting trained and retrained as per the SAT exam pattern and improvise the learning in the live sessions
• Conduct course-related activities like training, conducting Parents Teacher Meet.
• Responsible to work and engage in coming up with new activities, tests, assignments etc

Experience Required:

• Strong understanding of math content and pedagogy and work experience in teaching/tutoring math (at least 1 year)
• An affinity for math, strong logical reasoning skills, patience and passion for teaching
• Excellent communication skills and has the ability to keep the class engaging and online persona/presence has to be good
• Excellent command over written and oral communication (English)

Requirements

• Laptop with 8 GB RAM and at least 1-3 processor
• A good broadband/ Fibre Wi-Fi connection with and upload as well as download speed of 50 mbps.
• A UPS on the Wi-Fi for uninterrupted internet connection.
• Should have a proper place to sit and conduct the training from home without any disturbance and with sufficient light.
• The position is of permanent employment and the tutor should not take up another full time or part time job.
