Satol Chemicals Hiring For Import Export Executive at Mumbai, Maharashtra Full Time

Role & Responsibilities :

v EXPORT

• Pre-shipment and Post-shipment documentation.
• Co-Ordination with CHA & Shipping line for timely shipment as per Schedule.
• Tracking of Shipments and Update ETA/ ETD.
• Finalise CHA documents shipment wise for dispatch to CHA for onward processing.
• Sending scan copies of documents to customer after receipt of BL.
• Preparing Importing country certification, Customs/ Insurance, Certificate of Origin.
• Preparation of LC or non LC documents (Invoice, Packing List, and other documents of LC Conditions supporting documents
• Direct Communication with overseas buyers through emails.
• Follow up for parties PO and dispatching goods accordingly.
• Coordinating with the warehouse team for fast execution and delivery of consignments on or before expected date.
• Communicating & follow up with Logistic agencies for required documentation
• Coordinating with Banks for Outward & Inward remittance & sending disposal instruction to

bank for credit Inward remittance. Liaison with Bank pertaining Exports Bills Closing and Uploading E-BRC

v IMPORT

• Handling Import Documentation and over viewing the entire Customs Clearance process.
• Arranging for payment of Imports Bills.
• The original documents sending to CHA for filing bill of entry and other document with customs and co-ordinate with CHA for goods clearing
• Checklist Approval.
• Arranged for pick-up and delivery of goods to respective locations.
• Co-ordinating with CHA and Freight Forwarder for status of Shipment
• Co-ordinating with Delivery Agents / Transporter for Delivery of Shipments & Planning for Delivery.
• Submitting Bill of entry in the bank.

· Qualification:

· High school diploma or equivalent required.

· At least Two year of experience required.

· Prior experience preparing customs and shipping documents preferred.

· Experiences:

Experience minimum 02 to 05 Years In Export.
