With its foundation being laid in 2020, SATYA Shakti Foundation is an NPO under the flagship of “SATYA MicroCapital Ltd with a central theme of philanthropy and human welfare based in New Delhi, SATYA Shakti Foundation aims towards elevating the life state of marginalized people by enabling their social wellbeing via a sustainable and holistic approach.

Mission:

Core Responsibilities:

• · Managing Daily accounting Operations and Transactions.
• · Help in budget monitoring and tracking budget.
• · Maintain salary (payrolls) register, fixed asset register, etc.
• · Ensure Proper Process invoices, Filing of Bills and Vouchers.
• · Preparation of Monthly Bank Reconciliation
• · Prepare donation receipts as and when required.
• · Making of cash vouchers if any and cash handling.
• · Manage monthly and annual accounts finalization, audits and follow up.
• · Monthly payments of statutory dues like: EPF, ESI and utility bill payments.
• · Preparation of Balance Sheet, Auditory compliance, financial reports.
• · Prepare and update daily / weekly / monthly / quarterly account MIS report.
• · PO and payment follow up with Donor for fund disbursement and fund utilization.
• · Tracking of staff advances and Other Ledger Reconciliations and Ensure Proper Book Keeping Procedures.
• · Participate in the audits as may be required.
• · To complete any other task as may be need of the team or as directed by the senior management.

What are we looking for?

• Graduate/PG in Commerce/Accounts with 1-2 years’ experience of working preferably in a NGO/Corporate
• · Good command over Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• · Should have knowledge of Accounting, Tally 9.0.
• · Good knowledge of English and Hindi Language.

Remuneration:

• · Salary may vary as per standard, preferably may be offered 20-22K. Freshers are encouraged to apply.
