Core Responsibilities: HR: Recruiting team members as per requirement arises. Scheduling interview meetings along with other team members.Onboarding and Orientation of new employees. Performing reference checks and background checks.Documentation: Creation of confirmation letters, experience, relieving letter & Maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies)Organizing orientation programs for new employees. Updating the employee’s details in the database, personal info, Attendance & Leave management, etc.Complete Documentation and Personal Files Management. Checking payroll details and resolving payroll issues.Grievance handling. Administering day-to-day Human Resources activities like salary process, FNF process, etc. Reporting all the internal and external HR-related issues. Conducting employee Exit process and completing the paperwork.Admin: Inventory management.Vendor Management – Manage existing vendors for travel, office supplies, translation, printing, mobile, courier, and dispatch. Identify new vendors to provide cost-effective solutions.Managing program information including important documents and photographs – Receive, store, and scan all important documents. Check, and store all-important photographs/filing systems for important and confidential company documents.Contracts Management – agreements & renewals. Prepare Purchase Order and Contract agreements etc…Provide administrative support – Printing and filing, Collection and deposit of cheques, Organize logistics for meetings and training, Maintaining office stationery, Receipt, and dispatch of goods, and an online search for information.Travel management- To ensure that all travel, accommodations, and logistics of the project staff.Day-to-day admin activities related to project. Provide administrative support for the Project team. Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.Maintain and update company databases. Any other work assigned by the line manager.What are we looking for?Admin: Postgraduate/graduate with an experience of 1-3 years in Office Administration.Managerial, capability, and multi-tasking ability. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Hindi and English. Good Interpersonal & communication and negotiation skills.Coordinate project teams and other functions. Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Able to complete complex administrative tasks with minimal supervision.HR: Bachelor’s/PG degree in Human Resources Management or a related field. 1+ years of working experience as an HR Assistant, HR Executive, or a similar role in the HR department.Statutory Compliance knowledge is a must like EPF, ESIC, etc.Sound knowledge of working with HR software. Extensive understanding of human resources life cycle. Knowledge of employment laws and practices.Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to maintain sensitive and confidential information. Good organizational and decision-making skills.Ability to work in a team environment. Proficient in MS Office Tools.Ability to manage time efficiently.
