Job Title: HR Manager in Automobiles

Job Purpose:

The HR Manager in Automobiles will be responsible for managing the human resources functions of the organization, including recruitment and retention, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee relations. The HR Manager will work closely with the senior management team to ensure that the organization’s HR strategies align with its overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Retention:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and legally compliant.
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the organization.

Training and Development:

• Identify training and development needs across the organization.
• Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Develop and implement competitive compensation and benefits programs.
• Ensure that compensation and benefits policies are legally compliant.
• Monitor market trends and adjust compensation and benefits programs as needed.

Employee Relations:

• Manage employee relations issues, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Ensure that employee relations policies and procedures are legally compliant.
• Promote a positive and productive work environment through effective communication and employee engagement.

HR Administration:

• Manage HR administration processes, including HRIS systems, payroll, and benefits administration.
• Ensure that HR processes are efficient and effective.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in human resources management, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• SHRM certification preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

License/Certification:
