SBL International Hiring for Customer Relationship Executive (Female) at Calicut Full Time

We are a UK based company specialising in Education with a BPO office at Calicut Kerala. We are looking for a competent Customer Relationship Executive to support and drive our business development division.

The Role:

The Customer Relationship Executive is responsible for managing customers in our content writing division. You will be dealing purely with our UK clients. Your working schedules will be partially at the office and partially at home and will be as per British Standard Time. Working alongside the rest of the management team, you will ensure that we meet our recruitment and admission needs.

You will:

Represent our brand to potential students.
Drive occupancy.
Work to targets and KPI’s.
Have a successful track record in customer handling/relations.

Qualifications: Bcom, B-TECH, BBA, MBA, or any other related degree

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹20,000.00 – ₹25,000.00 per month
