• Handling all matters pertaining to invoices, PO, payments, employee grievances, etc
• Inventory management of office equipment, IT infrastructure and end user equipment.
• Supervise office housekeeping and associated activities.

• Front desk management.
• Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

• Handling office tasks, such as filing, office readiness for meetings and events.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor/Master degree in Administration

• Experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Good organizational skills
• Familiarity with office management procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
