As part of our expansion, we are looking for a Junior Business/Data Analyst to join our New Business team. This role is ideal for a data-driven individual who is passionate about analyzing sales data, researching new business opportunities, and contributing to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

● Analyze sales data and generate insights to support business development efforts.

● Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.

● Assist in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.

● Track and evaluate the performance of new business initiatives.

● Support data-driven decision-making by providing actionable insights and recommendations.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline data collection and reporting processes.

● Maintain and manage databases, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

● Assist in competitor analysis and benchmarking studies.

Qualifications & Skills:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.

● 0-2 years of experience in business analysis, data analytics, or a related role.

● Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

● Knowledge of SQL and Python for data analysis is a plus.

● Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

● Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

● Excellent communication and presentation skills.

● A proactive mindset with a problem-solving approach.
