Facility Management:
Utility Office Equipment: Ensure that all utility functions across locations are running smoothly.
This includes a) Electricity b) Water Supply c) Air-conditioning d) Negotiate and monitor contracts for regular maintenance for all utility services. e) Ensure that break-downs are attended to at the earliest. f) Monitor and ensure timely payment of bills and liaise with Government Agencies or others for eg.Tata Telecom, MTNL, BSES etc.
Security & Safety: Ensure the security/safety and health of employees, office equipment and office premises.
Project Management: To facilitate the office movement from one office to the other for eg. a) Negotiating with the Estate agent/broker b) Identifying and coordinating with the Architect c) Liasioning for licences for telephone connection, registration of property etc.
