THE CONTEXT
The Supply Chain of Schneider-Electric got recognized by Gartner as being a TOP 25 WW leading Supply Chain thanks to innovation and focus put on the deployment of his Tailored Sustainable & Connected Supply Chain 4.0 strategy – TSC 4.0.
The GSC organization represents 98 Distribution Centers, 207 Productions Entities (across 44 countries) served by 45’000 suppliers representing 12 Billion Euros of purchases. Supply Chain employ 86000 collaborators managing 260 000 references each day and more than 150 000 lines of Purchase Orders.
The digital age is moving at such a fast pace that it is fundamentally transforming the way organizations operate and is requiring them to develop new ways of thinking and operating to always enhance the experience of our customers. Accordingly, and with a growing ambition, Global Supply Chain through the GSC Data Analytics team and its GSC Information Systems team GSC IS are leading a major transformation as part of the Schneider-Electric company program to accelerate the move to digital.
Since 2009, the GSC IS team has been working at creating and taking the best of the procurement digital tools to better serve the Global Procurement objectives, for all the Categories, all Regions and all BUs. In 2019, the team succeeded in joining forces with the GSC Data Analytics to create further value by industrializing & deploying 5 innovative proof of concepts leveraging RPA-Robotic Process Automation and ML-Machine Learning technologies.
Leveraging this momentum and still behaving as the trailblazer that the team has been in the past, GSC IS are now gearing up, while deeply transforming itself still, to pursue two objectives:
To help achieve a new breakthrough in both performance and effectiveness in the procurement domain
To serve as the team introducing, deploying, transforming, generating value through the digital and operating the RUN of the new GSC Data Analytics.
To succeed, GSC IS set for itself an ambitious and strategic transformation roadmap:

MISSION & Purpose
The Deployment and Business Transformation Leader (DTL) is responsible to execute all business transformation activities in collaboration with the project team and manager of Introduction & Business Transformation for Digital Capabilities for CoMET (Competency management and Execution Tool) . .DTL is responsible as well to execute the changes in business transformation approach based on the business transformation guidelines and prescriptions. Prove full visibility on BT progress and solution monitoring for user adoption and satisfaction and has the empowerment to escalate any risk/barriers that can impact the BT. All of this to ensure a smooth transition to RUN mode.
Deployment & Transformation Leader is primarily focused on customer centricity. The main purpose is to lead the business transformation in collaboration with ALM, gather needs and gap analysis with contribution of other stakeholders (within GSC.IS team and out). The Deployment & Transformation Leader role is to provide trainings, documentation and support to the business users within Global Supply Chain.
Main ACTIVITIES
Support
Contribute to deliver/update playbook with the DSS
Upskill DSS for more autonomy
Provide user support L2: Lead root cause analysis on issues/requests/questions coming from the business and provide answers, solutions and escalate to L3
Issue resolution
Data: Automation, Architecture, Consistency
Responsible for validating the data consistency rules with the BPO, and data consistency indicators follow up,
and
communicate to end users any potential issue
Guide, and animate data owners on the BI referential data collection up to technical environments
Verify and influence systematically if automation of data is possible to be developed
Requirement gathering
Responsible for CHR requirement
gathering phase and translation into functional specifications, bridging the gap between the business and the developers.
Create Business Transformation Impact Analysis
Create gap analysis between AS IS and TO BE scenarios (including process, organization, scope, and resources)
Mitigation plan based on gap analysis
Transfer knowledge of the new capabilities within the team and DSS
Testing
Contribute to the UAT with key users & business process owner to ensure compliance to specification until UAT sign off, understand the changes and be ready to support the adoption
Stakeholder management in the business in conjunction with Application Lifecycle Manager
Register and assess stakeholders. Identify the community of stakeholders and get their pulse in periodical meetings
Conduct all action that resulted from the stakeholder assessment to ensure the right level of stakeholder management and alert leaders/management within GSC IS User Adoption in case of any possible risk or roadblock.
Continuous Communication
Build communication material and promote the decided training campaigns through the right communication channels (meeting with community of stakeholders, yammer group, TEAMS, etc.) making sure people get the information which is aligned with the global communication plant at GSC IS User Adoption level
Ensure accessibility for all decided communications and documentation (guidebooks, FAQ, library, intranet, iSEE, videos,
Data Dictionary, Detailed Functionality Documentation…) related to the business transformation
Ensure that all communications are promoted and spread by the network of Key Users (Single Point of Contacts, Champions, Stakeholders, etc) end to end process, including deco if any

Support the Business Process Owner with the management and coordination with the animation of network of key users/community of users/stakeholders
Training & user documentation
Link with GSC academy to make tutorials mandatory through MLL (curriculum)
Create with other stakeholders the
appropriate training material (guidebooks, FAQ’s, tutorials, video materials, use cases and testimonies) with the right level of pedagogy/story telling covering all possible scenario
Organize and co-animate when needed the
planned training sessions (classroom, virtual, video, etc) in accordance with global training plan
Asses the training need of perimeters and put in place necessary training planning accordingly
Build and track user satisfaction regarding the trainings and documentation delivered
Improve training material in collaboration with DSS making sure documentation is always up to date. Execute necessary action to make them up to date
Lead the video creation. In case necessary get support from Bros. Community on the video editing
Train the trainers (Single Point of Contacts, Champions, Stakeholders, etc)
Adoption & value creation in collaboration with BPO
Define metrics to put in place and measure the user adoption and satisfaction of the app
Measure adoption and satisfaction plus usage (the way it is used) during the RUN
Propose improvements in case adoption is not at the expected level (involving whoever necessary)
If theres a previous tool, provide to BPO useful data of current tool for the value creation definition
