Job Summary

As a Gujarat-Service Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and servicing for electrical and mechanical equipment in the Gujarat region. This includes diagnosing and resolving technical issues, conducting routine maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning at optimal levels. Additionally, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Conducting routine maintenance and servicing of electrical and mechanical equipment
• Diagnosing technical issues and providing effective solutions
• Installing and commissioning new equipment
• Providing technical support to clients and addressing their concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborating with the sales team to identify new opportunities for service contracts and upgrades
• Maintaining accurate records of all service activities and equipment maintenance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or mechanical engineering
• Proven experience in servicing electrical and mechanical equipment
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within the Gujarat region as needed
• Valid driver’s license
