• Business Development Manager for the Road equipment industry
• Identifying and pursuing growth opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and driving business expansion
• Selling products and services – Road Contractors and corporate customers
• Building and maintaining relationships with Road Infra customers
• Increasing revenue and maintaining prospects pipeline
• Provide budget estimates on revenue budgets and report MIS
• Work with other stakeholders and ensure smooth operations.
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams

Roles & Responsibilities

• Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats within the Road / transport Infra Equipment’s sector
• New Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business prospects, strategic alliances, and partnerships in the construction and Road industries.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key industry stakeholders, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Including the industry stakeholders and related government institutions.
• Sales and Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets through the acquisition of new customers.
• Project Evaluation: Assess new projects and evaluate new opportunity & Industry volume within the infrastructure industry.
• Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations for contracts with customers for equipment sales, full maintenance contracts and comprehensive operating proposals ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with industry regulations, safety standards, permits, and compliance requirements for the road and infra construction sector.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, legal, and finance, to execute construction projects successfully.
• Market Positioning: Develop and implement a marketing strategy to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation within the construction and Infra industries.
