Scion Social Pvt Ltd Hiring for IT Online IT Support at Bangalore Full Time

Responsibilities will include:

• Becoming a global expert in our proprietary online platforms
• No prior experience is necessary, we will train
• No extensive computer or programming experience needed
• Providing primarily email-based support surrounding those platforms
• Managing accounts, resetting passwords, updating information
• Troubleshooting issues presented by end-users
• Investigating and attempting to replicate potential system bugs and glitches
• Organizational administrative assistance as needed

Logistics of the position:

• The job is 100% cloud-based, with the exception of optional Microsoft Office locally installed.
• The person may work from any location of their choosing, it will not be an office-based position.
• The hours are somewhat flexible, but full time once established
• Reliable internet and computer equipment a must
• The ability to be in constant communication with the team during working hours
• Attendance at one weekly team meeting is required. This meeting may be outside of normal working hours for some global attendees.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹201,976.00 – ₹614,831.00 per year
