Job Description

The position is a part of the Manufacturing and Supply Chain leadership team and will play a crucial role in providing financial oversight, analysis, and support to deliver on key operational and strategic goals for the organization.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES / TASKS

High ability to identify/resolve financial issues independently. Develops recommendations and implements solutions. Considerable contact with varying levels of management requires effective oral and written communication skills

Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership and create an environment to both challenge and support operations team members with sound financial guidance and strategic insights

Support Manufacturing units in preparation of Budgets and forecasts by validating operating assumptions and building up robust standard costs based on them

Support Manufacturing leadership with analysis and reports on their performance measurement around factory productivity

Evaluate the Capital Expenditure proposal for their operating assumptions and financial returns

Contribute to improving working capital utilization through inventory analysis and recommendations

Responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust internal control environment in the manufacturing units

Provide support through ad-hoc analysis on manufacturing and supply chain business decisions

Responsible for monthly reporting along with variance analysis and business explanations

Qualifications

Chartered Accountant

MBA Finance

12-15 year of experience

Experience in Manufacturing in Consumer Good preferred
