IT/ITES/SaaS companies in automating their information security compliance tasks
and reduces manual work in maintaining compliance by ~70%. Founded by
IIT/ISB/McKinsey alumni, the founding team has over 15 years of combined Infosec

prominent angels from the global SaaS community.

The Scrut platform provides the fastest solution for achieving and maintaining
compliance across global standards, including but not limited to SOC 2, ISO 27001,
GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, or CCPA, through its truly ‘single window’ operations. Scrut
acts like an organisation’s virtual CISO, so they can focus on their business and
leave compliance to Scrut.

Overview of the Job Profile
You will be building Partnerships end-to-end that fall within the target segments for
Scrut Automation. You will create value by realizing the synergies into tangible
business impact for enterprises. You should be someone who loves software and can
communicate its impact with ease to partners of all kinds. You should be someone
who cares deeply about building partnerships and is a master of forming synergies
and value propositions with partners.
This hybrid role includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and
execute partnership strategies which involve discovering partnership opportunities,
managing the partnership, and driving the GTM activities. Your ability to solve and
identify the right product and channel partnerships that address the client’s problem
will differentiate you from the rest.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage partnerships to achieve the overall business goals/objectives
• Manage Partner relationships end-to-end, from scoping, negotiations, contracting

and launch

• Develop a joint business plan for each partner
• Build deep relationships with the right stakeholders at the partner organization
• Manage day-to-day activities and develop partner-sourced opportunities
• Work closely with various stakeholders internally – Marketing, Product Teams,

and Implementation teams to deliver

• Work with the customer success team to work on strategically important accounts for the partners
• Should think strategically both from a product and business perspective in order

to make the partnership a success

• Ability to structure the strategic initiative jointly with the partner

Requirements

• 2-3 years of Hands-on experience in managing partnerships and alliances.
• Experience in the tech industry, preferable with an enterprise product, as a Channel Manager or Partner Success Manager
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Self-driven, comfortable with a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous

environment.

• Experience in leading a high-performing team, with direct reports.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹1,000,000.00 – ₹2,000,000.00 per year
