Job Description
Responsibilities
- Understand process needs and objectives
- Develop strategies for effective data analysis and transfer knowledge to operator
- Lead and develop a team.
- Oversee all operations to correct discrepancies and ensure quality
- Extract reports from multiple sources (e.g. operations, customer feedback)
Requirements
- Proven experience as an People Management and Supervisor
- Solid experience in Us client communication, data analysis, Data Entry and reporting; industry experience is a plus
- Very good Knowledge of Excel, word, Email Read/Write.
- Superb communication skills
- Analytical skills and strong organizational abilities
- Problem-solving aptitude
- BSc/MSs/BE in Computer Science, Data Management or a related field/ Any bachelor degree can apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / TemporarySalary: INR8,086.00 – INR35,211.00 per monthSchedule:
