About our group:
Talent Acquisition (TA) is responsible for conducting all TA activities including staffing and cross-functional projectinitiatives based on TA Global strategic plan and leads a variety of initiatives related to the TA processes and improvement
About the role – you will:
Manage the recruiting activities across different job levels for Support and Professional technical and non -technical roles
End-to-end recruitment that encompasses sourcing, screening/interviewing, scheduling of interviews forhiring manager and offer process
Understands the needs of the hiring manager with the ability to advise on the recruitment process andensures that the hirings are in compliance with corporate and local laws for country of hiring
Identify and approach active and passive candidates to fill positions in a timely manner
Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications through behavioural-based interviewing
Maintains knowledge and keep up to date on industry trends
Effectively utilizes applicant tracking system to manage recruitment process and tracks all recruitment-related activities data in a timely manner
Participate in regional projects and program as required
About you:
Interest in recruitment with a desire to learn and grow
Ability in building effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates
Understanding of social and professional media sourcing
Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and with multiple priorities
Good communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills
Team player, collaborative approach and resourceful
Self-motivated, target-oriented with good follow-up skills
Relevant proven experience
