• Admin & HR Assistant Required for KPO based in Ahmedabad
• Manage Attendance & Leaves records of Employees
• Assist in organising Interviews for new candidates
• Operate and maintain computer systems
• Assist in the organization and maintenance of company records and files.
• Maintain and update office supplies
• Support the office team in various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
• Monitor and respond to phone calls and inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience as a computer operator or office assistant.
• Proficient in using computer systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of office equipment operations (printers, scanners, etc.).
• Professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher

Salary: ₹10,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
