Years/type of experience: 10 – 12 Years
Skill Set / Knowledge:
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in Sales & Distribution with FMCG/FMCD /Building Material Industry.
- Minimum 5 Years of Experience in Sales Training Delivery & On the Job Training
- Strong in stakeholder management and cross functional cooperation.
- Able to work and communicate effectively in VUCA environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent facilitation/presentation Skills
- Ability to design & develop Content
L anguage: Fluent in English, Hindi and kannada or Tamil L
