Accounts Trainee- Job Description

We are looking for a competent accounting specialist to undertake our variety of financial and non-financial tasks.

Job Responsibilities

• Bank Reconciliation Statement: Ensure all bank accounts have been duly reconciled. Reasons for pending items to be noted.
• Cash, Bank and Journal Voucher Files: Proper filing and storage of expense vouchers along with ample supporting documents.
• Accounting: Pass journal entries, ensure booking of all revenues in the books of accounts, Collection of all bills, challans, agreements etc pertaining to expenses incurred
• Prepare Trial Balance before 10th of every month up to the previous month of the FY

Skills and qualifications

• Bachelors/ master’s in commerce or relevant field.
• Knowledge in Tally, Ms Office, and good knowledge of accounting practices
• Good communication skills
• A high degree of accuracy in data handling
• Proficient in MS-Excel.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 – ₹20,000.00 per month
