Roles and Responsibilities
- a list of Clients prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, within the prescribed due dates.
- compliance with GST laws and regulations set forth by the Goods and Services Tax Council.
- and validate GST invoices for accuracy, compliance, and eligibility of input tax credits (ITC).
- reconcile GST data with financial records, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- changes in GST rates, notifications, and circulars issued by the government, and implement necessary changes in the compliance process.
- in GST audits and assessments, providing necessary documentation and support to tax authorities.
- updated with developments in GST laws, regulations, and procedural requirements, and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
