Roles and Responsibilities
1. Bachelor’s Degree
2. Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2-3 years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience
3. Basic / Intermediate Excel
4. Proficiency in Gainsight
5.All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles,profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
6. Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow,assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps,actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports
7. Sandbox environment management
8. Identify unused or underutilized platform features
9. Create a platform roadmap and define priorities, liaising with stakeholders
10. Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
11. Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
12 Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
13. User support tickets
14. Monitor and improve user adoption
15. New user and ongoing user training
16. Willing to offer a helping hand for process and data related activities
17. Working with integrated applications including but not limited to DocuSign, Gainsight, Hubspot
18. Creating presentations & effective user manuals, SOPS.
19. Writing easy-to-use user interface, develop product manuals, how-to guides, and other content that distills technical information with ease and clarity

Salary: ₹512,381.96 – ₹1,020,727.04 per year
