Job description-
Conducting Induction Process & Documentation of new joinees.
Coordinating with various departments and work closely on their issues
Payroll Processing (Salaries & Incentives).
Leaves and Attendance Management.
Responsible for joining and exit formalities.
Day to Day HR Communications and Activities in coordination with internal department.
General Administration.
Preparing ESIC & EPF Challan on time
Training & Development
Audit Documentation
Desired Candidate Profile:
4 to 7 years exp in HR Generalist Profile
Worked independently
Extremely good communication skills (written and verbal both)
Exceptional written, verbal, phone and presentation skills
