Job Description
. Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.. Recommend, select, and help locate or obtain product based on customer needs and desires.
. Describe merchandise and explain use operation, and care of product to customers.. Prepare copy of sales invoice or sales receipt for customer’s reference.
. Demonstrate use or operation of product.. Help customers try on to ensure the product is in good condition and functional before purchase.
. Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of product and delivery options.. Educate and inform customers about the benefits and features of the company’s products.
