Senior C#/.NET Developer at Pune Full Time

NonStop io is looking on onboard a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer.

This position expects you to develop and maintain high-quality software applications using C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and Entity Frameworks.

This position requires strong technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable products; and leading/mentoring a team.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy software applications using C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirement and create technical specifications
• Lead and mentor junior engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Architect and design database schemas, algorithms, and data processing workflows
• Design and implement API endpoints and microservices using RESTful architecture
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to define project requirements and scope
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code adhering to coding standards and best practices
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software defects and performance bottlenecks
• Establish and enforce engineering best practices, including coding guidelines, testing protocols, and deployment strategies

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in software development with C#, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and Entity Framework
• In- depth knowledge of C# and .NET frameworks, including but not limited to:
• Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
• Type declarations and type safety features
• Platform Invocation Services (PInvokes)
• Operaional and logical operators
• Exception handling mechanisms
• Memory management techniques
• Proficient in building web applications using ASP.NET, including but not limited to:
• Understanding of ASP.NET request and response lifecycle
• Familiarity with Razor syntax andVBScript library
• Knowledge of HTTP requests and responses, headers, cookies, and sessions
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization mechanisms
• Hands-on experience with ADO.NET, including but not limited to:
• Reading and writing to SQL Server and Other RDBMS
• Using DataReaders and DataAdapters to interact with Databases
• Handling connections and transactions
• Implementing parameterized queries and stored procedures
• Solid understanding of Entity Framework, including but not limited to:
• ObjectContext and DbSet classes
• mapping and configuration *Querying and updating entities *Handling relationships and inheritance
• Familiarity with popular front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Knowledge of WebAPI, RESTful services, and Microservices architecture
• Experience with Cloud platform(Azure, AWS, Google).
• Familiarity with containerization technologies like Docker
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Travis, CircleCI
• Good understanding of software design patterns and principals.
• Experience with source control systems such as Git
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
