Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

6 days a week from office

Key Responsibilities: Communication, Visual, Strategic, Social, Brand, Digital and all others

Brand Visual Development:

• Create and maintain consistent visual identity across all platforms
• Design compelling marketing materials for both digital and print media
• Develop innovative social media content that aligns with brand guidelines
• Craft engaging motion graphics and animations for various platforms

Social Media and Marketing Design:

• Design eye-catching social media posts and stories
• Create engaging promotional materials for campaigns
• Develop visually appealing email newsletters
• Design banner ads and digital marketing assets

Creative Asset Management:

• Maintain organized design files and asset library
• Ensure brand consistency across all materials
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with marketing team to create campaign-specific assets

UI/UX Support:

• Assist in creating visual elements for website and app
• Design user interface components
• Create icons and illustrations for digital platforms
• Support the development of promotional landing pages

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Create daily social media content and stories
• Design marketing collateral for ongoing campaigns
• Develop illustrations and infographics for various platforms
• Collaborate with the founder for visual storytelling
• Create and edit photos and videos for marketing purposes
• Design presentation decks and internal documentation

Must Have:

• Proven experience in graphic design with strong portfolio
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong typography and layout design skills
• Experience in creating animation and motion graphics
• Excellent sketching and illustration abilities
• Portfolio showcasing modern social media designs
• Understanding of current design trends and best practices
• Behance/Framer/Dribble or other equivalent portfolio

Plus Points:

• Experience with Procreate and digital illustration
• Video editing skills
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools
• Photography skills
• Experience in branding projects
• Knowledge of print production

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of branding and visual communication
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication skills in English and Hindi
