Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ERPNext Developer to lead the development, customization, and optimization of ERPNext solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Frappe Framework, strong problem-solving skills, and a passion for building scalable ERP systems tailored to business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• ERPNext Development: Design, develop, and customize ERPNext modules based on business requirements.
• Custom App Creation: Build custom applications using the Frappe Framework to extend ERPNext functionality.
• Integration: Develop and manage integrations with third-party systems (APIs, payment gateways, etc.).
• Performance Optimization: Ensure system performance, scalability, and security across deployments.
• Code Review & Mentorship: Review code from junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Bug Fixing & Maintenance: Troubleshoot issues and ensure smooth functioning of ERPNext instances.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation for all customizations and deployments.
• Collaboration: Work closely with functional consultants, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in ERP development, with at least 3 years in ERPNext and Frappe Framework.
• Strong proficiency in Python, JavaScript, MariaDB/MySQL, and HTML/CSS.
• Experience with Git version control and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with REST APIs and webhooks.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Attributes:

• ERPNext Developer Certification.
• Experience with cloud deployment (e.g., AWS, GCP, Docker).
• Knowledge of accounting, HR, inventory, and manufacturing modules.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
