Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Global Order Promising (GOP) Consultant to lead the implementation configuration and optimization of Oracle GOP Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate will have indepth knowledge of Oracle GOP Cloud a strong understanding of its integration with other Oracle Cloud modules and proven expertise in managing complex IT projects. The consultant will collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure accurate order promising and fulfillment processes while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Configuration:

  • Lead the full implementation lifecycle of Oracle GOP Cloud including requirement gathering system configuration testing and deployment.
  • Customize and configure rules and setups to align with business requirements ensuring the GOP Cloud solution is tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of Oracle GOP Cloud with other Oracle modules such as Order Management Inventory and Manufacturing.
  • Analyze supply and demand data to guarantee accurate order promising and fulfillment processes.
  • Set up and manage ATP (Available to Promise) CTP (Capable to Promise) sourcing rules allocation rules and lead times to optimize order fulfillment.
  • Continuously monitor and manage the ATP and CTP functionality to ensure the systems performance aligns with business needs.
  • Design and implement solutions that integrate Oracle GOP Cloud with external order capture and fulfillment systems ensuring a smooth and efficient ordertofulfillment cycle.

2. Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to improve order promising accuracy efficiency and overall performance within Oracle GOP Cloud.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including supply chain IT and operations to streamline order management and fulfillment processes.
  • Develop and enforce best practices for the use of Oracle GOP Cloud in order promising and fulfillment activities.
  • Implement process improvement strategies aimed at reducing bottlenecks improving order accuracy and enhancing customer satisfaction.

3. Reporting and Analytics:

  • Design and generate reports to track the performance of order promising functions including ATP/CTP performance and lead time metrics.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for further improvement in order promising accuracy and make datadriven recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate insights and ensure decisionmaking is supported by accurate realtime data.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 4 years of handson experience with Oracle Fusion Global Order Promising (GOP) including indepth knowledge of its integration with other Oracle Fusion modules such as Order Management Inventory and Manufacturing.
  • Expertise in CTO (Configure to Order) based configurations and experience in handling various order management scenarios including BacktoBack (Buy Make Transfer) and Drop Ship.
  • Strong experience in configuring ATP/CTP rules sourcing allocation and lead times to support order fulfillment processes.
  • Proven experience managing and delivering complex IT projects with the ability to lead project teams through the full project lifecycle.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a focus on identifying opportunities for improvement in order promising processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with experience working collaboratively across IT and business teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Oracle Cloud Certification in relevant modules particularly Oracle GOP Cloud.
  • Previous experience in consulting or a clientfacing role within industries such as supply chain manufacturing or distribution.
  • Familiarity with external order capture and fulfillment systems and experience designing solutions that integrate these systems with Oracle GOP Cloud.
