Description
  • Extensive knowledge of Dell, HP, and IBM rack servers and blade servers.
  • Perform hardware diagnostics, maintenance, and part replacements for enterprise IT products (servers, storage, networking devices).
  • Capability to identify and replace faulty hardware components, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Maintain a detailed inventory of hardware resources and document replacement activities.
  • Basic understanding of networking devices, including switches, routers, access points, and firewalls.
  • Assist in the setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting of network hardware.
  • Support and resolve connectivity issues and escalate to higher levels if required
  • 24/7 Support Maintain clear communication with customers, offering regular updates during the issue resolution process.
