The Director, ACE GTM Operations will join our Alliance & Channel Ecosystem (ACE) team who is at the forefront of driving ServiceNow’s growth to $15B and beyond.
The Director, ACE GTM Operations will be a member of the leadership team. You will be instrumental in establishing a presence and will provide local leadership to a team of resources responsible for executing the ACE GTM Operations strategy.
You will work cross-functionally across ACE GTM Operations including Partner Success, Strategic Programs & Initiatives, our Partner Solutions COE + more to ensure ServiceNow’s complex and ever-evolving ACE GTM Operations business runs smoothly, ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy.
Primary focus:
Design, establish and run day-to-day operations and execution of ACE GTM Operations, driving continual service improvements and maintaining operational metrics.
Lead and direct the local team which designs, supports, maintains and enhances ServiceNow ACE GTM Operations
Establish and mature process and tools for ACE GTM Operations teams to drive insights, predictive issues and identify anomalies
Orchestrate and support seamless operations across team.

Experience within technology sector
Experience working with geographically distributed teams
Excellent English, communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills
Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Masters and/or MBA a plus
Minimum of 12+ years leading GTM operations
Minimum 12+ years experience directing teams

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home.
