Come join the Digital Technology PMO team and work with a talented group of outstanding Program Managers leading ServiceNow’s transformation programs. This team is responsible for driving best-in-class program management, Enterprise level initiatives that leverage ServiceNow products and cutting-edge technologies.

Role

You will have the opportunity to drive highly visible, cross functional, and impactful initiatives from strategy to business outcomes, while utilizing ServiceNow industry-leading framework

What you get to do in this role:

• Responsible for taking cross-functional programs from original concept through final implementation.

• Coordinate with a team of senior technical and non-technical professionals dedicated to these programs and drive enablement activities towards successful adoption.

• Responsible for supporting communication and change management activities to increase adoption and obtain feedback loop after product releases.

• Plan and facilitate product planning, create release schedules and capacity plans.

• In collaboration with product teams, develop and maintain detailed product and programs roadmaps, driving all execution aspects, including program interdependencies, progress, testing, deployment, and enablement.

• Create crisp and complete documentation to facilitate program reviews and decision-making process at executive level.

• Engage and collaborate with all business and DT functions affected by the program, internal and external partners, and vendors.

• Coach teams to adopt a product mindset and practice that focuses on developing a product to solve a customer’s problem and work towards the organization’s objectives and key results (OKRs)

• Manage multiple scrum teams (scrum of scrum) applying Agile principles, practices, and theory.

Apply consistency and best practices from product inception through feature deliveries and product operations, enabling business outcomes and benefits tracking

To be successful in this role you have:

• SHOULD HAVE: 8+ years of project / program management experience.

• SHOULD HAVE: at least 5 years dedicated to managing enterprise level application development programs

• Ability in managing product deliveries in an extremely fast-paced, dynamic and innovative environments.

• Should guide extended groups of senior professionals in a matrixed organization.

• Experienced in managing multiple scrums teams applying scrum of scrum principles and best practices.

• Extensive experience with Agile traits and techniques: Lean design, product lifecycle, changing requirements, iterations, feedback loop with customer involvement.

• Ability to drive reviews and decision making at executive levels.

• Excellent communication skills, problem solving, conflict resolution management, active listening, time management and interpersonal skills.

• Demonstrate consistent ability to guide cross-functional teams delivering solutions while mitigating risks or removing obstacles.

• Agile / SAFe Certified.

• Knowledge and experience working in ServiceNow platform and technologies is a big plus.
