Role
You will be working on building and enhancing the content services, an integral part of our ITAM product that enables our customers to manager all Enterprise assets and provides compliance position.
What you get to do in this role:
· Research on Enterprise Assets from various manufacturers / Vendors and related content from the industry towards creating the required content library for our ITAM normalization service
· Interact with major manufacturers / Vendors via various channels towards understanding their enterprise asset needs
· Work with product management and development team to design and implement the tool / minor application, content service modules and various automation opportunities
· Provide technical solutions for various challenges of managing content data
· Performing detailed assessments of existing features and contribute in formulating EAM strategies to have clear action plans that enable the implementation of EAM solutions and quick realization of business results
· Transform the Enterprise Asset data received from various third party systems/sources, record books tracked manually into actionable information which can be used for effective management, quality, data consistency and correctness of enterprise asset
· Mentor and lead a team of data analysts in researching of market information for various Enterprise Asset in the public domain, and normalize them into our content databases
· Provide trainings to other members of the team in your areas of expertise
· Design and build, manual and automated systems to keep the content data up-to-date where required
· Design and implement, processes and controls, to maintain and publish new content
· Create and maintain EAM content related process documents, project and knowledgebase related documentation
· Support customer issue resolutions including interaction with customers and/or other internal teams where necessary
In order to be successful in this role, we need someone who has:
· 7 to 10 years of experience in ITAM & EAM industry with management of Enterprise assets for internal or external customers
· Fair knowledge of industry oriented assets like Fixed plant assets, Linear assets, Mobile and fixed fleet assets getting used in power generation, manufacturing, oil refineries, healthcare, wind generation etc. industries.
· Implementation/Configuration/hands on experience on CMDB, ITAM & EAM tools like ServiceNow, Freshservice, IBM Maximo, SAP ERP Suite – EAM, Oracle E-Business Suite – Enterprise Asset Management etc.
· Provided consulting / Designed & implemented EAM related processes like procurement, Vendor management, change control etc.
· Implementation of governance, accuracy, consistency, Standard naming conventions on EAM data is a big plus
· Exposure to distinct equipment classes, failure code around enterprise asset data is a big plus
· Knowledge on the EAM assets lifecycle from order to disposals
· Knowledge of scripting to gather information from various tools, sources is a big plus
· Experience in driving projects independently. Strong communication and inter-personnel skills
· Should have an eye for the details. Able to adapt to a highly research based environment that moves in a very aggressive pace
· Content related: Any experience working in a Data Content based project is a big plus
· Should have passion for researching and providing solutions for various challenges, new ideas for enriching EAM library

Required in Office
A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.
Flexible
A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
Remote
A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home.
