Job Description

• 0 to 2 years of BPO experience in BPO non-voice/data entry

• Should be a Graduate
• Should possess basic English written and verbal communication skills
• Basic/intermediate/advanced knowledge (based on the levels) on all / some non-voice BPO services processes, Data Entry, and applications
• Prior experience in data entry is an added advantage
• Should have prior knowledge about accessing emails, should know how to read, write and understand the emails
• Able to review and understand project specifications (like Manuals, Special Instructions, Feedback, etc.)
• Wide-angle focus on whatever task is done
• Should be flexible to operate in different shifts including night shifts and working on Sundays or holidays too based on the business needs
• Maintains quality reports & generates weekly / monthly reports and send them to Kensium
• Update timesheets and productivity reports
• Timely approach towards the work that is assigned
• Focuses on on-time deliveries
• Ensure strict compliance to the company-outlined processes and standards, and follows industry best practices
• Take ownership of own work as well as of their team, and be accountable for the quality of work executed by their teams
• Accountable for teams work, providing estimates, completing work on schedule, staffing assignments, individual workload balancing.
