Job Description

• Taking care of breakfast, lunch, and dinner- everything before the respective time
• Representing School, as a parent for any issues either positive or negative regarding the conduct, discipline, academic performance of children – Daily and Need basis
• Should be responsible for the hostel overall. This includes solar maintenance, garbage disposal, water doctor, cleanliness of the hostel

• Conduct activities like Children parliament, Green environment activity, Nilamutram discussions, and any other cultural, physical & moral development activities every week

• Should make the children develop individually and get work from the caretakers

• Make the caretaker maintain basic files, monthly progress files, and all registers and records in the Home daily

• Supporting children from 5.30 a.m. to 9.00 a.m. for morning ablutions, breakfast – Daily

• Preparing/supporting for children’s school needs – sports, special project works – Need basis

• Accompanying children for any outing along with children and take total responsibility for the children during such trips need bais

• Taking children to places of worship in the community on Fridays for worship every week

• Undertaking any necessary liaison work or public relation activity as and when required for the organization need basis
