We are a software and IT consulting firm based in Pennsylvania who specialize in delivering software services by engaging highly-skilled professionals.

Role: We are hiring an OPT Recruiter with an HR background. The ideal candidate will need to interview, hire and guide Indian freshers (OPT, H4, and CPT candidates) who graduate from US colleges and universities.

Mode of Job: Remote/Work from Home

Responsibilities:

• Strong experience in hiring F1/CPT/OPT/GC/USC candidates from Job portals, universities, and networks, a primary database of OPT candidates.

• Knowledge of recruiting and hiring processes, including sourcing, reference checking, salary negotiations.

• Should have a high degree of energy to approach more candidates on calls every day.

• Must have practical hands-on experience on various job boards. i.e., Dice, Career builder, Monster, Indeed, Corp-Corp, etc.

• Maintain and develop a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions

• Should contact recent Master’s students in the United States and encourage them to join our consultancy.

• Screening the resumes, maintaining the separate database, and following up daily with the candidates.

• Should pose good knowledge on various technologies in the market.

• Need to have excellent knowledge of Tax terms like C2C, W2, and 1099.

• We need to maintain a good relationship with team members as well consultants.

• Address the consulting needs of a significant client account.

• Recruiting US Citizens, Green Card holders, H1B and TN visa holders, EADs.

• Coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.

Qualifications:

. 2 to 5 Years of Experience on OPT.

• Bachelor’s degree

• Effective communication skills

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

• Experience working with Microsoft Office suite

• High energy and passion

• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
