• Conversant to E-proc Online billing systems of Tata steel & able to post online Memo’s, Challans, Invoices & Generate IV’s.
• Conversant with Excel (Highly proficient like ie Pivot tables, Making small Programmes and Formulas)
• Having a commerce Degree/Science Degree/Technical Diploma/Degree & at least 7 – 10 years of experience in commercial activities. Male & Female candidates both are welcome.

• Certification of Daily Manpower timesheets & Preparation of Daily MIS for manpower attendance
• Experience in Tata steel e-Procurement Billing Process.
• Manual Challan certification basis of attendance certification. 4. Uploading online memo in tata steel portal. (Level-1 & Level-2). 5. Preparation of Utilization sheet of assigned sites for memo & invoicing.Preparation of backup data related to monthly invoicing. 6. Check and review online approval on daily basis in the tata steel billing portal and if required to discuss with the memo approver. 7. Report to senior management regarding online billing status on daily basis and subsequently inform senior management if required help. 8. Follow up the funds from the TSL Account section. 9. Keeping track of site-wise materials, mobilization, and demobilization details Continue 10. Submission of invoices in tata steel portal and send acknowledgment copy to HO for the record. 11. Send all data and report to site senior management on daily basis whatever required. 12. Preparation of reconciliation sheet of invoicing as per work order wise. 13. Keeping Files and Folders of billing,Manual Challans etc for all departments 14. Tata Steel Safety Pass Require with JNTVTI Certification.
