SgurrEnergy Hiring for HR Trainee (On contract) at Pune, Maharashtra, India Full Time


The Principle Responsibilities Essentially Includes –

  • Screen and interview potential candidates for contract role to assess their technical skills, experience,etc as per the job description.
  • Schedule interviews with the technical lead.
  • Update their salary details with the technical lead
  • Negotiate the salary and joining date with the selected candidates
  • Work and collaborate with the Engineering team to update on the joining date, joining site, etc.
  • Taking regular follow – ups till the contract employee joins on site
  • Updating information on their PPE kits
  • Updating on the salary account opening
  • Onboarding of the candidates
  • Conducting their induction and documentation

Requirements1. MBA (HR) / MPM / BBA (HR) with 0 – 6 months experience

  • Ready to come on contract role
  • Ready to relocate to Pune/ work from Pune office
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Ready to join within 15 days
  • Having good knowledge on MS Excel
  • Learning eagerness and positive attitude
