Greetings from SgurrEnergy !!Currently we have an urgent requirement for a Senior Executive – Marketing for our office in Pune.Please visit our company website www.sgurrenergy.com for more details.Location – PuneRoles and Responsibilities — SEO and SEM skills, optimizing web content, planning and implementing digital marketing campaigns including web, SEO / SEM, email, social media and display advertising, promotional activities.- Content writing, technical writing and editing skills.- Design, build, and maintain company social media presence essentially including running social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and) to enhance audience engagement.- Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed.- Website development.- CRM Skills (Zoho will be desired).- Good Listening skills- Paid social media marketing skills (PPC, etc.). Experience in setting up and optimizing PPC campaigns on all major search engines.- Basic design (marketing collaterals) skills e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, etc.- Brand building skillsRequirements — MBA (Marketing) required with good communication skills in English- Excellent IT skills- People networking skills- Good organization and planning skills- Creativity and writing skills- Enthusiastic and dynamic individual with strong interpersonal skills with ability to work individually and within a team.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English- Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools- Needs to comply with the organizations HSE commitment.- Domain experience in solar or renewables will be a plus.- Techniques for web marketing and up-to-date understanding of what’s going on in the field.
