We currently have vacancies for an Executive Secretary to join our Admin team.
Duties:
Provide comprehensive secretarial support for the General Manager and the (team)
Support the General Manager for all administration and office coordination.
Interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Manage the schedule for the General Manager
Prepare the communications outlined by the General Manager
Coordinates meetings and appointments for the General Manager
Coordinates travel arrangements for the General Manager
Requirements:
Has a passion for providing business support to senior management.
Enjoys interacting with people.
Is professional, discreet and can handle sensitive information.
Is an advanced user of Microsoft Office suite.
Communicates and writes with fluency in English.
Preferably has hospitality-related work experience.
Preferably has some translation experience.
Has strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills.
