Job Description

• Senior accountant duties include ensuring accuracy and effectiveness in all of our accounting tasks.
• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records/financial statements/accounts receivable/accounts payable/invoice processing/petty cash/cash management/cash book/cash budget and attendance records maintenance.
• Candidate should have 7-8 years of experience with Bachelor or Master Degree.
• Preparing and checking of bank and cash reconciliation, Pending entries, Ledger entries etc.
• Submission of monthly stock statements and other reports to banks.
• Prepare forms and manuals for accounting and bookkeeping personnel, and direct their work activities
• Candidate should have minimum experience of 4 years in Tally, Transport Software Finalization A/c., Excel, Word, and Email-Internet.

*Desired Candidate Profile

• Maintaining computerized accounts on Financial Accounting Software using TALLY 9.0.
• Should have good working knowledge of accounts and GST.
• Calculation of GST and preparing GST for payment and return.
• Conversant with latest taxation,VAT, Service tax, PF / PT filing e-returns, Scrutiny matters.
• Experienced Knowledge of TALLY ERP and MS Office Tools.
• Must Have Work Exeperience Background From Any Corporate Sector
• Hands on knowledge of bank related issues, taxation, overall management operations etc.
