We are looking for candidates with 5+years of relevant experience with Banking & FI Relationships. Co-lending experience in Supply Chain Finance, would be an added benefit.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities

Managing relationships with Banks and NBFC’s for Supply Chain Finance Business.

• Day-to-day liaising with lending partners(Banks, NBFCs & FI’s) ensuring smooth flow of operations.
• Driving integration on all aspects of the strategic partnership across Credit, Operations, Risk Management, Technology and Product.
• Implementation of strategic partnerships with Banks. Reach out to different Banks and onboarding them keeping in mind organization’s strategic objectives.
• Providing support to the business teams responsible for u/w business for each partner to ensure smooth flow of business and ensuring scale up of partnership.
• Running the co-lending with Banks as a program manager, which will include following:
• Day-to-day liaising with lending partners ensuring smooth flow of operations.
• Driving integration on all aspects of the strategic partnership across Credit, Operations, Risk Management, Technology and Product.
• Develop and maintain reporting & application systems and coordinate information with management.
• Ensure all tasks, deliverables and documentation are created with the highest level of accuracy.
• Develop business processes to ensure operational efficiency.

Required Behavioral Competencies

• Experience of on-boarding Corporates / Anchors on Supply Chain Finance Digital Platform in a seamless manner will be an added advantage.
• Regular interaction with other internal stakeholders including Credit, Legal, Operations, etc. is part of the role.
