Control of front desk tidiness and availability of all necessary stationery and material including pens٫ forms and informative leafletsEnsuring timely and accurate customer serviceScheduling shifts and supervising front-office personnel including receptionists٫ security guards and call center agentsTraining and supporting office staffHandling complaints and specific customers requestsMonitoring stock and order office supplies and troubleshooting emergenciesManaging mail distributionOrganizing office budgetManaging records of office expenses and costsOverseeing the compliance with company’s policies and security requirementsFront Office Manager requirements are:5+ years’ experience of working on a Front Desk Manager or Reception Manager positionProfound experience in customer service٫ office management and basic bookkeeping proceduresGood experience with office machines (such as fax machines and printers)Good practical knowledge of MS Office٫ particularly Excel and Word٫ and proficiency in English (oral and written)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsGood organizational٫ multitasking and problem-solving skillsDiploma in front office operation, additional certification will be a bonusContract length: 12 monthsJob Types: Full-time, ContractSalary: ₹2,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per monthSchedule:Morning shiftSupplemental Pay:Performance bonusYearly bonusEducation:Diploma (Preferred)Experience:Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)total work: 1 year (Preferred)Management: 1 year (Preferred)Language:English (Preferred)
