Roles and Responsibilities:
Data Entry
Booking Provisions, booking expenses, making receipt entries, payment entries, contra entries in
accounting system on daily basis.
Bank Reconciliation
Should download Bank statement and reconcile in accounting system on daily basis.
Expenses Reconciliation
To reconcile and review the expenses of Happay cardholders.
Ledgers Reconciliation
To review and reconcile the creditors & debtors ledger
Documentation
To store the bills, invoices, POs, reconciliations in a manner to support the audit.
Any other ad hoc duties as per the team’s requirement.

Skills and Qualification
B.com/M.com with 1-2 years of experience in accounting.
Must be proficient in Tally and Excellent at MS Excel and MS Word.
