We are seeking a motivated and experienced Backend Sales Engineer to join our growing team in the industrial sensors and pneumatic automation domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team and customers in the technical aspect of sales and will work closely with the Technical Sales Engineer. As a Backend Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for communicating with our customers, understand their application and decide on the product suitable for their application and assisting with technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support to sales team and customers during the sales process

2. Work closely with the Technical Sales team to identify new product opportunities and enhancements

3. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential customers

4. Develop and maintain customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships

5. Prepare and deliver technical proposals and reports

6. Provide product training and technical support to customers

7. Conduct market research to identify new opportunities in the industrial sensors and pneumatic automation domain

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma holder in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering

2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a technical sales/ backend role, preferably in the industrial sensors and pneumatic automation domain

3. Expert knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentation

4. Strong knowledge of sensors and pneumatic automation technologies

5. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

6. Ability to work independently and within a team environment

7. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
