Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Engineer to join our growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our products and services to customers in the industrial automation and pneumatics market. The Sales Engineer will act as the technical expert for our customers, providing technical advice and support to ensure the correct selection and application of our products.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and growing existing customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and technical support.
• Generating new business through proactive sales activities and identifying new opportunities in the market.
• Providing technical presentations and demonstrations to customers, including product selection, application and troubleshooting.
• Collaborating with internal teams, including engineering, marketing, and operations, to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Developing and maintaining an in-depth understanding of our products and industry trends, and staying up-to-date with new product developments.
• Preparing quotes and proposals for customers and managing the sales process from start to finish.
• Attending trade shows and other events to promote our products and services.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the industrial automation or pneumatics industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of pneumatics and industrial automation products and applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
• Self-motivated, with a proven track record of successful sales and business development.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
